Who is responsible

René Ángel Rangel Bernal and Giovanni Alberto Durón Mendoza, operating under the trade name NEXA, located in Aguascalientes, Ags., México (“NEXA”), is responsible for the personal data you share with us through this website. For anything related to your data, write to hello@nexastudiohq.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect: your name, email address, company and website (optional), the service you are interested in, an approximate budget and timeline (optional) and the content of your message. If you email us, we collect the information included in your email.

We don’t ask for sensitive personal data. Please don’t include it in your message.

When you visit the site, our providers process technical data such as your IP address and browser type, only to protect the form against spam and to produce aggregate visit statistics that don’t identify you.

Why we use it

We use your data to:

• Reply to your message and follow up on your request.
• Prepare and send proposals and, if you choose, schedule a call.
• Protect the site and the form against abuse.

These purposes are necessary to handle your request. We don’t use your data for advertising or newsletters, and we never sell it.

Providers that process data on our behalf

To run the site we use providers that process data on behalf of NEXA and under our instructions: Netlify (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (spam protection and visit statistics) and, if you choose to book a call, Calendly. Some of them may store information outside Mexico, for example in the United States.

We don’t share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and for any period required by law. After that, we delete it.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, withdraw your consent or limit how we use it. To do so, email hello@nexastudiohq.com with:

• Your name and a way to contact you.
• A clear description of the data and the right you want to exercise.
• A document that proves your identity or, where applicable, that of your representative.

We will respond within the time limits set by law. These rights apply wherever you are located.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Visit statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile is used only to confirm that a person is sending the form.

Changes to this notice

Any change will be published on this page with its update date.

This notice is governed by Mexican law. If there is any difference between this English version and the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
